As you saw the tenant that vacated the house left it in a dreadful mess.  She never attempted to clean up the stains on the carpets and I was amazed at the job you were able to do.

You did a very good job on the kitchen which looked fresh and clean, you washed down the cabinets cleaned the oven and washed the walls and floor

The bathroom mould and stains disappeared under your expert cleaning and the rest of the house looked fresh and clean and ready for new tenants.

We now have new tenants and they are very happy with the house and the condition that it was in when they moved in.
